Freeze frame

Having just gotten back from Barcelona I've needed to get out and try and take a photo for this weeks Photo Friday theme 'freeze frame'. Well I'm pretty limited by my free time and access to moving subjects, so when a friend [!?] asked if I wanted to head to the fair I took the plunge and headed out into a cold October night.

The photo above is meant to capture the essence of the freeze frame title in that the entire scene is frozen, apart from the whirling spinning attraction. If I had more time I think a great shot would be a person frozen in the middle of a square set against a large crowd who are moving with a slow shutter speed. But maybe next year.
